N. Douglas Gibb, 62, of 9304 N. Thousand Dollar Road, Brimfield, died Tuesday, April 11, 2006, at his residence.
Born Aug. 19, 1943, in Peoria to Noel and Ann Shemas Gibb, he married Karol Leiby on March 17, 2000, in Peoria. She survives.
Also surviving are one son, Kevin (Melisa) Gibb of Peoria; one daughter, Patricia Gibb of Peoria; and one sister, Tica Burrows of Las Vegas, Nev.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He was operations supervisor at Caterpillar Inc. in Mossville, where he worked for 34 years, retiring as labor relations representative in July 2001.
He was a member of the Air National Guard for 17 years.
Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery.
