A 2017 graduate of Ottumwa High School, he was in the ROTC Raiders Program. He had worked at Sonic, Wing Street, OEM in Oskaloosa, Dexter in Fairfield, South Hy-Vee and currently employed at JBS.
Surviving are his parents; his twin brother, Austin; a sister, Haley and a nephew, Charlie Rupe; grandparents, Mike and Valerie Hazelwood; a great-grandmother, Bonnie Hazelwood; several aunts, uncles and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandmother, Sheila Fisk; great-grandfather, Bill Hazelwood; great-grandfather, Francis Goodwin; aunt, Kathy Lukehart; and his family dog, Daisy.
His body has been cremated and no services are planned at this time. Reece Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
