On Tuesday. April 2, 1929, Mrs. Laura Johnson, mother of Mrs. Velma Weitz, of 1109 North Avenue 64, passed away. She underwent an operation early last summer and had been bed-ridden since. When she was able she was a very active member of the Miramonte Pythias Sisters, of which her daughter is a past chief. She was buried on, April 4, at Ontario,California.
