Luke Humphrey, b. Canton, Ct., 1800, d. before 1883, m. 1824, Eliza Bishop, daughter of Henry and Sarah Bishop. Mr. Humphrey went with his parents to Caroline, N. Y., in 1813, and to Washington, Ill., in 1836.
