She is survived by her husband, Christopher David Smelser, her children; Owen Smelser, Sebasrian Smelser, Gretchen Smelser, Samson Smelser, Evangeline Smelser, Elsa Smelser; her parents, Michael Castine, Gayle Weir, her siblings, Michael P. Castine, Leonard Castine, and many friends.
