Adeline C. Shoup, 89, of Titusville, formerly of Parker, died Monday at Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sligo after a brief illness.
Born July 28, 1913, in Foxburg, she was the daughter of James and Mary Cokley Ganoe. Mrs. Shoup was a member of Parker Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Marian L. Shirey of Parker; two sons, John L. Shoup of Titusville and James R. Shoup of Melbourne, Fla.; three stepdaughters, Pamela Shirey of Ohio, Vickie Shirey of Callensburg and Dawn Krough of Rodgers, Ohio; a brother, James Ross Ganoe of California; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Lloyd F. Shoup, whom she married Nov. 20, 1936, died March 29, 1987.
SHOUP — Friends of Adeline C. Shoup, who died Monday, July 14, 2003, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at H. JACK BUZARD FUNERAL HOME, Wayne Street, Parker. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Anschutz, pastor of Parker Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Chestnut Ridge Community Cemetery, Richland Township, Clarion County.
