He was born February 11, 1932 in Hutchinson, Kansas to Bill and Pearl Cornwell. He was reared and educated in Pine Bluff, where he graduated from White Hall High School. Mr. Hosman served in the United States Army 1st Cavalry Division during the Korean Conflict. He married the former Gwen Payne on March 16, 1954 in Paragould, Arkansas. Mr. Hosman worked as a Letter Carrier for the U.S. Postal service 28 ½ years before retiring in 1991. He worked for 4 years as the Parking Lot Attendant.
