Note:
May 12, 1921 Mr. Thomas Fair testified for a pension increase that George
suffered attacks of vertigo and has fallen to the floor and at this time George
was with Company F., National home at Danville, Vermilion County, Illinois.

June 10, 1927, the acting surgeon, Edward Schillinger testified that George
needed aid in eating, going to the toilet, bathing and that he walks with a cane
but that his mental condition was normal.

April 9, 1922, George became sick. His son, William, attended to George during
his illness and death.

April 25, 1922, buried by P. W. Minier, Undertaker. William and Bert paid $8.00
to Dr. Wood, $55 of $185.50 to Undertaker Minier, $11.70 to livery for a rough
box, and $7.00 for a gravesite and digging.
