Judy was born in Hartford, Alabama on April 20, 1943, to the late Roy Kelley and the late Jessie Brewer Kelley Cook. Judy was a Registered Nurse, and spent her career at South Fulton Hospital. She retired after 25 years of service, without ever missing a day. Judy and her husband, Bill, moved to Lake Sinclair in 2004. Judy was a member at Island Creek Baptist Church.
Judy is survived by: her husband, Bill Childree of Hancock County ; her daughter, Roslyn Meadows of Dothan, AL ; her son, John William Meadows of Webb, AL ; her step-daughter, Melissa Childree Wright (& James) of Hamilton, AL ; her step-sons, Michael David Childree (& Karla) of Phenix City, AL and Timothy Alan Childree (& Catherine) of Columbus ; her sister, Yvonne Kelley Riley of Dothan, AL ; her brother, Van Kelley (& Peggy) of Demopolis, AL ; and four grandchildren, Palmer Bennet, Maranda Bennett Williams, Conner Moore, and Trey Childree.
