She was born March 29, 1931 in Colliers, WV, the daughter of the late Herman and Julia Rocchio Frattini. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mary E. Znoy, and her brother-in-law, Charles Znoy.
Norma was a member St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church. She retired after 30+ years from the former Home Furniture Store, Weirton, WV. Norma was an avid fan of Weir High, WVU, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Surviving are her niece, Joyce Znoy of Weirton, WV; nephew, Robert Znoy (Irvin Ellis) of Alexandria, VA; and her cat, Whisper.
Private family visitation will be held. Private service will be held Monday, April 20, 2020 at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Babu Joseph Elamturuthil presiding, followed by entombment.
