Peter was born in Brooklyn, New York, the son of Francesco Abrami and Mary Decicco. Peter served in the Air Force, then graduated from the University of the State Of New York. After school, he met and married the love of his life, Celia Fusco. They would have celebrated 60 years of marriage on February 27th. Peter worked many years for Metropolitan Life Insurance and Paymaster Corporation. He enjoyed playing golf and following the New York Yankees. After retirement he worked as a golf ranger at the Grand Cypress Golf Resort.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Celia Abrami, 4 daughters, Victoria (Jerry) Redding of Winter Springs, Fl, Debra (Edward) Gonzalez of Winter Springs, Fl, Susan (Dan) Mullally of Oviedo, Fl and Elizabeth Long of Oviedo, Fl and 7 grandchildren, Lauren Redding, Alexa Aubin, Megan Mullally, Kristen Aubin, Christopher Long, Jennifer Redding and Katie Mullally and his sister, Evelyn Montalbano of Manchester, New Jersey.
