Otto A. Batterman, 85 , of Route 2, Fond Du Lac, Town of Eden ,died Thursday, Dec. 29, 1988 at his home.
He was born on June 14, 1903 in the Town of Byron, the son of Louis and Elise Manthey Batterman. Mr. Batterman was a member of Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church and had lived and farmed as a dairyman on the Batterman homestead since 1907.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Alice Krause of Fond Du Lac; and two brothers, Theodore and his wife Virginia Batterman of Mayville, and George Batterman of the Town of Oakfield. He was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.
Friends may call at the Mach Funeral Chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and at the Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday. Funeral services will immediately follow at the church, with the Rev. Paul G Poitter officiating.
Burial will be in the Rienzi Cemetery.
