Larry Grant Phillips, 63, of Palm Springs died Oct. 22, 2004, in Montclair. He was born May 11, 1941, to John Anson Phillips and Mina Viola McCollough in Canada. He was a house painter for 40 years. He is survived by two daughters, Lori Phillips of Palm Springs and Patricia Burleson of Etiwanda; his son, Grant Phillips of Chino; his brother, Guy Phillips of Chino; and three grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 12:30 p.m. today at Desert Memorial Park cemetery in Cathedral City with Wiefels & Son Funeral Directors of Palm Springs in charge of arrangements.
