REVA DOYLE PERRY

Funeral services were conducted Friday at 2:30 at Christ church at Flint for Miss Reva Doyle Perry, 21-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jay B. Perry, 1514 Brookwood Drive, Flint.

Miss Perry died Wednesday evening, January 3, at the Sparrow hospital, Lansing, of injuries suffered early Wednesday morning, when the car in which she was riding with Frederick Sill, 22, of Monroe, crashed into the back of a parked frieght truck on M-78 about two miles east of East Lansing. She was born September 2, 1918, in Beaverton, and moved to Flint with her parents when a small child.

At the time of her death she was a Senior at Michigan State College, East Lansing. She was planning to enter her father's printing business in Flint upon her graduation from college.

Miss Perry was a niece of Lee and Ray Perry of here. Those from here to attend the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Lee Pery, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Perry, daughters Irma and Nina, sons Ray, Jr., and Warren. Gladwin County Record, 10 January 1940 Page 4
