Leo Geysler passed away on January 10, 2010, at the age of 89 years. Leo was born in Souris Manitoba, on July 21, 1920. He served in WWII as a gunner; he also stood guard for the Queen of England. He was honourably discharged on December 13, 1945. Leo was predeceased by his wife Agnes Gesyler (nee Hagel) who he married November 15, 1953 in Beiseker, where they called home for many years. He is survived by two sons, two grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
