Fredrick S. Abercrombie Jr., 93, of Franklin, died Jan. 25, 2012, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation was chosen. Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Abercrombie was a native of New York, N.Y., a member of the Franklin Presbyterian Church, a retired employee of the Federal Electric Corporation and a U.S. Army Air Force veteran.
He was survived by his wife, Lucie Abercrombie.
