Charles W. Pratt m. Jackson, Jackson, Michigan, USA 25 Mar 1877 Kate Pardington, daughter of William and Eliza (Slater) Pardington of Winchcombe, England; Cheltenham, Glouchester, England who immigrated with their children aboard the Barque Solway. They settled in the Trenton area, then Monguagon, Wayne, Michigan. Kate seems to have married him as Kate Pardington Pratt and is listed in his household as wife earlier than 1877. I don't know if they re-married, renewed vows, or what.
