Donald Hurlbert Adams, age 87, of Orange, CT died in his home. He was born in New York, NY, son of the late Harry and Ethel Hurlbert Adams and was the beloved husband of Barbara Blanchard Adams for 62 years.
Mr. Adams served in the US Air Force as a Pilot during WWII, later attended Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA. He later worked as a sales representative for several jewelry corporations. Mr. Adams was a member of the Orange Congregational Church and was formerly active in Scouting. In addition to his wife he is survived by his five grandchildren Christine, Donald, Sabrina, James and Elizabeth. He was predeceased by his son Steven Blanchard Adams.
