Nelda was a homemaker, mother of six, grandmother of 18, and great-grandmother to 28. Her family and grandchildren were most important to her. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Collinsville, IL and was an avid reader, loved to travel and spend time outdoors.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bert and Fairie nee Duckett Parr; a daughter-in-law, Marilyn Rincker; granddaughter, Nicole Heinz; a son-in-law, Michael Heinz; a son, Kent Rincker; four brothers; and one sister.
Memorial Service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1300 Beltline, Collinsville, IL with Rev. Michael Walther officiating. Committal of remains will be in Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery, Collinsville, IL.
