Ruby was born on February 17, 1920,in Hedley, TX to Alti Mae and Hector Hoggard.
Survivors include her children, Larry Sullivan and wife Polly, of Pflugerville, TX, and Peggy Patton and husband Ron, of South Carolina; grandchildren, Chance Patton and wife Kathy, and Rachel Turnbow and husband David; four great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
