Mrs. Maude S. Dale, a native of Clearfield and a resident of this place until seven years ago when she moved to Erie, died in the St. Vincent's Hospital there on Saturday night, May 2, at 10:45 o'clock. A short Illness preceded her death. Besides her husband, Samuel B. Dale, she is survived by the following children: Mrs. Lois Louise Groch, Mrs. Elizabeth E. Mills, Mrs. Ina Jensen, Miss Marjorie, Miss Nona, Rush, Elwood, Samuel Jr., and Richard. She is also survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dillen of Olanta, six sisters and five brothers who reside in Clearfield County. Funeral Services were held at her late home, 256 West 18th Street in Erie this (Wednesday) afternoon with interment in the Lakeside Cemetery there.
