Mildred A. Anderson, 83, of Scituate Vista, a bookkeeper for the American Egg Co., Providence, and the Adley Express Co., Cranston, for more than 23 years before retiring in 1976, died yesterday at Kent County Memorial Hospital.
She was the widow of Francis A. Anderson.
Born in East Providence, a daughter of the late Joseph and Julia (Caine) Arsenault, she moved from Providence to Cranston 15 years ago.
Mrs. Anderson was a member of Faith Circle, Daughters of Isabella.
She is survived by a daughter, a brother, three sisters, three grandsons and three great-grandchildren.
