Gwendle Guinn Donaldson was called home to her heavenly Father on May 3rd at 4:32 am. She was born January 22, 1952 in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

She is predeceased by her father Clyde Guinn, brothers Larry and Jerry Guinn and her step-son Jim Donaldson.

Her survivors include her mother Gracie Guinn; husband Ray Donaldson; brother Steven Guinn; son & daughter-in-law Brian & Mindy Nunes; grandchildren Tristan and Chloe’; step children Debbie Quinn and Jerry Donaldson; 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and multiple aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Gwen was a devoted daughter, a caring wife, a magnificent mom, a loving Nana and a loyal friend. She dedicated her life to hard work and would do anything to help those she held close to her heart. Her favorite moments were spent with family, cooking, doing projects or simply sitting on the porch having coffee and talking about life.

She was a blessing to the lives she touched and will be cherished in all of our memories for eternity. Although she will be truly missed here, we all find comfort knowing that she is listening to her Daddy sing and laughing with her brothers while tending to her flowers in the kingdom of Heaven.

Pallbearers are Jerry Lynn Donaldson Jr., Gerald Gamerdinger, Gabe Gamerdinger, Coy Horton, Elmer Fisher and Joshua Donaldson.

Honorary Pallbearers are her entire medical team at CHI St. Vincent, Dr. Desoto and the dialysis team. A special thank you to her pulmonary team, Dr. Mustafa and Dr. Pahwa.

The biggest thank you to her granddaughter Kim Donaldson Gamerdinger who never left her side when we couldn’t be there. We love you!

Graveside funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday at Avant Cemetery with Bro. Jimmie Scott officiating.
