Funeral services for Mrs. Honor Charity Brown were held Friday at 10 a. m. from the Webb Funeral Home. Dr. T. M. Fleming officiated assisted by the Rev. H. G. Montague. "No Night There," was sung by Mrs. Walton Moore, accompanied on the organ by Miss Kate McRaven. Interment followed in the Magnolia cemetery. Active pallbearers: Bennett Watson, George Blackwell, Jimmie Rooker, Mr. Stuckey, James Rasco and Ike Walker. Honorary pallbearers: Marvin Downey, Dewey Calvert, Cliff Thompson, Bill Cagnon, O. C. Honor Charity Rogers was first married to Willis Preston Coleman (1859-1895). She secondly married William J. Brown (1849 - ?). She next married an unknown Mr. Clark, with her third marriage only lasting a few years before she resumed using the surname Brown.
