VERGENNES, VT. - Leon Alexander Aubin, age 84, of Vergennes, passed away on Friday, October 25th 2019.
He was born on July 2nd 1935 in North Hero, Vt., he was the son of Richard Joseph and Itha Elise (Menard) Aubin of North Hero, Vt.
He graduated from Alburgh Vermont High School in 1953 and from the State School of Agriculture in Randolph Center, Vt. in 1954.
He married Shirley May Pease on June 8th 1957 in Alburgh, Vermont. Together they had four children; three sons and one daughter.
He was a communicant of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Vergennes, Vt. and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He was predeceased by one daughter; Mary Aubin on May 26th 1958, one grandson; Nathan Gallagher Rheaume-Fox on February 24th 2009, his parents, two brothers; Emilien Richard Aubin in 1989 and Eugene Charles Aubin in 2007, and three sisters; Florence Theresa Aubin in 2013, Mary "Lou" Louise (Aubin) Baron in 2014, and Rita F. Aubin Chase in 1990.
