William “Manuel” Brasher, 72, of Pocola, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, May 10, 2020 in his home.
He was born on July 8, 1947 in Hackett, Arkansas to Clarence and Gladys (Gressett) Brasher.

He was a self-employed carpenter and a U.S. Army Veteran.

He is survived by his wife Anna Needham of the home: two daughters, Chris Whitaker and her husband Jim and Tracy Slote and her husband Leon; a step son, Larry Needham; two brothers, Donald and Chester Brasher; five grandchildren, Abby Brasher, Quinn Whitaker, Heather Randall, Kala Hall and Jami Meyer and three great grandchildren, Alyssa, Jaxon and Leo.

Mr. Brasher may be viewed from 1:30-2:30pm on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith. The funeral service will be private.
