WILFRED N. ADAMS DIES AT ROCHDALE HOME
ROCHDALE: Nov 28. - Wilfred Nathaniel Adams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin N. Adams, Pleasant street, died last night at his home on Pleasant street, aged 39 years, 3 months and 17 days. He had been ill four years. Mr. Adams was born in Rochdale Aug. 11, 1878, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin N. Adams, Pleasant street. He was educated in the public schools of Rochdale, after which he went to work in the J.D. Clark & Co. mill as engineer, where he worked for 15 years. He afterward worked in the Howarth and E. G. Carleton & Sons mill. Mr. Adams was an active member of the Sanderson Methodist church and also of Quinsigamond lodge, I. O. O. F., Worcester. Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Maud (Swallow) Adams; three children, Wilfred, George F. and Lavinia; his parents, Mr. and Mrs., Edwin N. Adams; two sisters, Mrs. Urban Phillips, Leicester, and Mrs. Charles Andrews, Potter Hill, R. I., and two brothers, Norman G., Auburn, and Robert S., Rochdale. The funeral will be Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, from the family home. Interment will be in Gore cemetery. Rev. Henry Schwab, pastor of Greenville Baptist church will officiate.
