Lawrence Wilbern Hudson was born Jaguars ry 3, 1929, in the Olivet community of Hardin County, TN, to Ras and Delia Gray Hudson. Wilbern died at the Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS., on 11-18-2011. Wilbern was married to Doris Smith. They had a son John Wilbern Hudson. Wilbern was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church. He met his active military obligation by serving in the National Guard. He was employed by the state of TN in the Truck Weights Division.
Wilbern enjoyed fox hunting, as a hobby, with a very good friend Judge Gattis. Their favorite fox hound was named Jack. He was preceded in death by his parents and and his brother, Floyd Hudson.
Wilbern’s funeral was conducted at Trinity United Methodist Church, officiated by Jason Estes, Frank Smith , and Lawrence L. Smith. Interment, Neill Cemetery 11-21-2011, Savannah, TN.
