Callie was the daughter of Richard & Mattie Hartline, Bell County, TX.

Callie married GW Henshaw - June 18, 1880, in Bell County, TX.

In 1905, they traveled in five covered wagons and a buggy (along with their children), from Bell County, TX and settled in Haskell County, TX. This area which they called the Rose Community, located not far from Lake Stamford (of course the lake wasn't there at this time).

1930 Census: Widow Callie Henshaw was shown in (Apr 22 1930), living in the household of her daughter Georgia Mae Rose, in Haskell County, Texas.

Children:
One son - James Washington Henshaw & wife Safronia

Eight daughters:
1-Sarah Ida Jane (Henshaw) Cloer, Ford
2-Willie Itasca (Henshaw) Rose
3-Maggie Lee Henshaw died at age three
4-Mary Ann Elizabeth (Henshaw) Scott
5-Bessie Lee (Henshaw) Piland

Mrs Henshaw's funeral was Saturday at 2:30 pm at FBC in Haskell.
