REVEREND RENICK BURIAL PERFORMED

Retired Anniston Minister Passed Away Sunday

JACKSONVILLE, Ala,. Jan 6 - Funeral services for the Rev. E. L. Renick, age 80, prominent retired Presbyterian minister of this city, who died at his home Sunday after an illness of sometime, were conducted from the Presbyterian Church this afternoon. The Rev. A. C. Summers of this city, Rev. J. E. Stauffer of Anniston and other out-of-town ministers officiated. Internment was in Jacksonville Cemetery, with Johnston’s in charge.

The Rev. Mr. Renick, uncle of Mrs. W. S. Coleman of Anniston, was pastor of the North Gadsden Presbyterian Church at the time he retired a number of years ago.

Pallbearers will be members of the church at Gadsden of which he was former pastor.

Surviving the Rev. Mr. Renick are the widow, three son (BROTHERS?) H. N., John R., and H. H. Renick of Renick, W. Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Henry Fleisher of Renick, W. Va., and Mrs. Ella J. Renick of Morgantown, W. Va.; two nieces, Mrs. Coleman of Anniston and Mrs. John R. Sweets of Chattanooga, Tenn., and a nephew, Fred R. Armentrout.
