Deborah was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and a member of First Baptist Church of Dayton. She loved quilting and taking care of the home.
She was preceded in death by her father, Otto Norris Sr. and brother, Otto Norris Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel Ray Barley Jr., of Dayton; mother, Betty Dwyer, of Alabama; children, Samuel (Jennifer) Barley, Claude (Kirsten) Barley and Benjamin Barley, all of Dayton; sister, Carol Cronic, of Montgomery, Ala.; grandchildren, Khloe Barley, Samuel R. Barley IV and Jerome Barley; and several nieces and nephews.
