Private graveside services will be held at Blythe Creek Cemetery near Mathiston, MS, on Friday, May 22, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.

Mrs. Brooks is survived by 1 son, Tony Brooks of Mathiston, MS, 1 daughter, Sharon Brooks of Mathiston, MS, 1 sister, Faye Ray(William) of Maben, MS, 2 granddaughters, Katie(Joel) Coleman of Starkville, MS, Brook(Jonathan) Miller of Birmingham, AL, 3 great-grandsons, Cal & Cade Coleman of Starkville, MS, Reed Miller of Birmingham, AL, and awaiting the arrival of the first great-granddaughter in September, Chloe Kate Coleman.

Mrs. Brooks was preceded in death by her husband, Cedric Brooks, her parents, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.
