James Louis Scheidle, 76, of Rogers passed away Sunday, May 24, 2020. Mr. Scheidle was born January 19, 1944 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Clarence Paul Scheidle and Jewel Hazel Glaser Scheidle Carmody.

James retired following a career in electrical engineering. He enjoyed a life-long pursuit of knowledge, travel adventures, and restoring antique cars resulting in membership in numerous national and local car clubs across the country. James settled in Rogers more than 20 years ago and was a member of Rocky Branch Baptist Church.

Survivors include his loving wife of 13 years, Frieda White; 2 sons, Steve Scheidle (Jeni) of California and Don Scheidle (Kim) of Texas; his sister, Carolyn Tobin (Tim) of Washington state; a brother, Corky Carmody (Sheri) of Washington; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He is also survived by loved ones, Shannon Hettenbach (Zach) of Kansas, and Mitchell Crowley (Susan) of Oklahoma.

In light of current restrictions, a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
