Louis Milligan "Mig" was the son of John A. and Mary "Polly" Francis (Chandler). He was a farmer most of his life and for a time, he was employed by the Copperhill Mining Company, where he retired. Mig was twice married, first to Laura Angelina (Bates) and they had one child, Ollie. After Laura's death, he married Nancy J. (Holden) .... (Note): Nancy had been married before as well, to an unknown (Champion). They had a child, Margaret "Maggie" Irene (1902-1972) .... There were four children born to Mig and Nancy: .... Joe N. (1906-1970), James L. (1909-1984), Viola M. (1911-1984) and Norman (1914-1939).
