Teresa was Born in Royal Brisbane Womans Hospital, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. They discovered a brain tumor at the age of 3yrs old. She died at the age of 6yrs old at the same hospital. I (Patsy) have know her parents since 1964. She was like my own daughter.
