Orvis Leland Peterson, 86, passed away October 8, 2005 in Ogden. Orvis was born December 25, 1918 in Huntsville, UT to Joseph and Mary Peterson. Orvis was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints. He is survived by two sisters, Ruth Huband and Mary Marker. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and three sisters. A family and friends gathering will be held on Saturday from 10 to 10:45 am prior to the service. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2005 at 11:00 am at the Huntsville 2nd Ward, 277 South 7400 East. Interment, Huntsville Cemetery. Standard-Examiner October 14, 2005
