Mr. Thomas H. Sharpe, age 70, of 206 Oak Drive, Clarksburg, WV passed
away at 11:40 P.M. on Friday, November 25, 2005 at Ruby Memorial Hospital
in Morgantown, WV following an extended illness. He was born in Rider,
Harrison Co., WV May 21, 1935 a son of the late William R. Sharpe, Sr.
and Helen R. Whitwam Sharpe.

Surviving are, his wife, Charlotte Gaines Sharpe, whom he married February 18,
1956, a daughter, Deborah Sharpe Fisher, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, a beloved
granddaughter, Michelle Rebecca Fisher, Orlando, FL, a brother and
sister-in-law, the honorable Senator William R. "Bill" Sharpe and wife
Pauline, Weston, WV, three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Mrs. Thurza
Sharpe Righter, Clarksburg, WV, Mrs. Marlyn Kay & Ronald Borror and Mrs.
Rebecca (Becky) Sharpe & Gary Mosley, all of Stuart, FL, two God-sons,
Steven Williams, GA and Butch Righter, Clarksburg, WV, three brothers-in-law
and three sisters-in-law, Robert F. Minehart, Sr., Clarksburg, WV,
Mr. Carroll W. & Nancy Stull, Bridgeport, WV, James E. & Nancy Gaines,
Fairmont, WV and Mrs. Sue Strosnider Sharpe, Clarksburg, WV and all of
his beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.

Mr. Sharpe was also preceded in death by one brother, Robert W. Sharpe, four
sisters, Elizabeth Sharpe Robertson Gibson, Barbara Lee Sharpe, Patricia Sharpe
Minehart and Helen Louise Sharpe Stull, a God-daughter, Marsha Mosley and a
Mother-in-law by love, Virginia R. Gaines Shaffer.

Mr. Sharpe was a member of The First United Methodist Church and served the
church on several boards. He was a graduate of the old Victory High School,
class of 1953 and attended Fairmont State College. He was a member of
I. B. E. W. local # 596 and had served on many different boards in his
community. Mr. Sharpe was an electrician and treasurer for the
William R. Sharpe, Inc.- Electric Contractor & Engineers firm in Clarksburg.

Friends may call at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 East Main Street,
Clarksburg from 3:00 til 9:00 P.M. on Monday. A funeral service will be
held at the First United Methodist Church in Clarksburg on Tuesday, November
29, 2005 at 2:00 P. M. with the Rev. Dr. Gary N. Shepard presiding.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,
the family request memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer
Society, 300 Scott Avenue, Morgantown, WV 26508 or the WVU Children's Hospital,
Medical Center Drive, Morgantown, WV 26506-8227
