He was in the Army before WW-2 and re-enlisted and served during the war. Member of American Legion Post in Rockdale, and the local VFW. Member of Peace Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers, and 2 sisters.
SURVIVORS: 1 brother, Richard Seidl of Rowena; 4 sisters, Mrs. Louise Henke of Austin, Mrs. W.J. Henke of Thorndale, Mrs. Ella Dornhoefer of Rockdale, and Mrs. Hilda Loeher of Mississippi; also a number of nieces and nephews.
