She is survived by her 2 children, Felicity and Alex; Mother, Lora Jacques; Sister, Tracy J. Romo; Brother, Greg Jacques; and those who loved her.
According to Riverside County Sheriff's Department Tanya was last seen Jan. 4 leaving her apartment complex with her boyfriend. Tanya’s body was found on January 9, beaten and murdered with a shovel and buried in a shallow grave, in a remote area of San Bernardino County known as Pipes Canyon Wash in Landers.
A memorial was held by friends and family on the evening of Jan. 14 at the Mountain Ridge apartment building in Lake Elsinore where Tanya lived with her children.
