Mr. Boll was born in Mechlenberg, Germany, April 28, 1949, and came to the United States with his parents when 15 years of age. His father purchased the present Boll farm and there Joachim Boll spent his life, assuming ownership of the farm on the death of his father. It is now being operated by the third generation.
Mr. Boll was married to Miss Marie Froh, February 25, 1873, and she died on the anniversary of her wedding in 1911.
The following children survive; Mrs. R. P. Dassow, Sheboygan Falls; John, town of Sheboygan Falls; Ernest, Sheboygan Falls; Otto, on the old homestead; Harry, town of Sheboygan Falls, Mrs. Louis Arnoldi, town of Sheboygan Falls, Miss Adelia of Sheboygan, 26 grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
The funeral will take place on Tuesday afternoon, leaving the house at 1:30 for St. Lucas church, where the service will be conducted by the Rev. Otto Gamb.
