MRS. ELMER A. CLARK

BELLEFONTAINE -- Mrs. Elmer A. Clark, 79, of 404 Lawrence St., died Monday at 8am in the Columbus State Hospital.

She was born Feb. 17, 1882, in Bokescreek Township, the eldest daughter of George W. and Louisa Swift Huffman.

Survivors are her husband, four daughters, Mrs. Theodore Simpson of Indianapolis, Ind., Mrs. Elwood Walker of Richmond, Ind., Mrs. Cletus Rogers of Springfield and Mrs. E. D. Sprott of Beaumont, Tex., and one son George Albert Clark, at home. One daughter is dead. Remaining also are 16 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Zora Prisby, Mrs. Ethel Williams and Mrs. Minnie Newsome of Youngstown, and one brother, Dewey Huffman of Bellefontaine.

She was a member of the Grace AME Church.

Funeral services will be held from the Kennedy funeral home Thursday at 2pm in the charge of the Rev. Samson M. Cooper.

Burial will be in the Bellefontaine Cemetery.
