Graveside services celebrating the life of Mrs. Gloria Jean Fuselier will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2020, at Oakdale Cemetery under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale with Reverend Wesley Lester officiating.
Mrs. Fuselier, 75, of Oakdale, entered eternal rest on Monday, June 29, 2020 at Oakdale Community Hospital.
Gloria was the secretary at Oakdale High School for over thirty years. She enjoyed painting and arrowhead hunting. Gloria will be remembered by her family as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Houston and Eloise Byrd; her three brothers, Mike, Travis and Houston Byrd; her daughter, Brandi J. Adams and her great grandson, Carter Frank Byrd.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her loving husband of forty-eight years, John Wade Fuselier, of Oakdale; three sons, Craig Cloud, of Baton Rouge, Anthony Brent Cloud and his wife, Delia, of Crete, Johnny Scott Fuselier and his wife, June, of Oakdale; three daughters, Kimberly Fuselier, of Oakdale, Angela Jeansonne and her husband, Art Ray, of Oakdale, Kelli Fuselier, of Reddell; fifteen grandchildren, Kelia, Micah, Alex, Trace, Gabrial, Tyra, Tyler, Shad, Sidney, Thomas, Jordan, Christian, Austen, Airien, Charli and nineteen great grandchildren.
