Mrs. Caroline Richards, 91, formerly of 327 N. Macy St., died this morning, April 9, 1984, at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 12, 1893, at Bakersville, Wis., to Paul and Mary Britten Anders. In July of 1912, she was married to Sylvester Clohesy, and he preceded her in death.
She was then married to Edgar Richards, and he also preceded her in death. Mrs. Richards was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Altar and Rosary Society, Daughters of Isabella and Homemakers Club.
Survivors include two sons, Raymond Clohesy of Milwaukee and Joseph Clohesy of Fond du Lac; two daughters, Mrs. Ralph (Lucille) Musolf of Falls Church, Va., and Mrs. Elmer (Marcella) Homuth of Fond du Lac; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a brother, George Anders of Fond du Lac. Two sisters and four brothers preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Zacherl Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church. The Rev. Edward F. Sippel will officiate, and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Richards will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
