Willie was the daughter of James Andrew and Lillian Idonya (or Idonia) Savage. She married Charles Bobo on August 19, 1903, in Brown County, Texas. In the 1910 census they were living on a farm in Comanche, Comanche County, Texas, with children Edward and Agnes. In the 1920 census they were living on a farm in Dallas with five children: Jack, Lillian, Gladys, Raymond, and Charles.

In 1940 Willie was living with her daughter Lillian Bobo Sitton and Lillian's family in Dallas. At the time of her death in 1965 her usual residence was in Burkett, but she died in a nursing home in Cross Plains. Her grandson Bill Bobo was the informant on the death certificate.
