. Mrs. George W. Babcock died at 7:30 p. m. Sunday at her home in Carman, Ill. and funeral services will be held in Carman church at 10 a .m. Thursday. Burial will be at Carman.
. She was born in Oquawka, Jan. 9, 1862. Her husband preceded her in death in September, 1930.
. Surviving are three children, Charles of Oquawka, Chester and Clyde of Chicago: eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren: one sister, Bessie Howey of Burlington and a number of nieces and nephews.
