Stacey was the oldest daughter of Jimmie B. and Marjorie Bell and the granddaughter of Lorayne and Burl Bell.
She was a student at St. Joseph's Grade School and a member of the Junior Order of Foresters. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Kurt, and three sisters, Lisa, Connie, and Cathy, an aunt and uncle, her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hicks, all of Galesburg, as well as an aunt who lives in California.
Following her death, her classmates dedicated a bell in her memory. Her funeral was on Friday at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church. Memorials could be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Costa Grade Scool Fund.
