Scott Dennis Kelly

Scott Dennis Kelly, 20, of Winona, died of complications from Muscular Dystrophy Sunday, January 17, 1999, at his residence.

Mr. Kelly was a member of First Baptist Church in Winona and was an avid Ole Miss Rebel Fan. He was the State Goodwill Ambassador for Muscular Dystrophy Association in 1988 and 1989.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 18, at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Walker officiating. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery in Winona.

Mr. Kelly is survived by his mother and father, Dennis and Sue Kelly; one brother, Matthew Kelly; and his grandmothers, Dot Kelly and Minnie Hoover, all of Winona.

Active pallbearers were Cliff Box, Joel Whitfield, Brandon Long, Will Sullivan, Will Castle, Brad Beckwith, Joey Westoby and Frank Vaughn.

Honorary pallbearers were Robbie Hemphill, Rusty Reed, Tommy Fisackerly, Don Robertson, Ronald Robertson, Leslie Burden, Alan Pratt, Mike Hathcock, David Jones and Durwood McCormick.

Lee Funeral Home of Winona was in charge of arrangements.
