Radio Broadcaster: Donald Charles Felton was a famous radio personality back in the 1940s. He worked for many radio stations in New York and he had many popular radio show. His show Homemakers' Treasure Chest was on WEBR 1340 every afternoon and Are You Listen? every morning. He also worked at WBNY and then at WHLD - FM 98.5 where he was the play by play broadcaster for all sporting events. He was also the Master of Ceremonies of Santa Lands at Niagara Falls.

"Don" as he was known to his hundreds of friends, died October 13, 1949 in the Veterans Hospital, Batavia, New York. He was born in Buffalo, a veteran of World War II, and announcer over radio station WEBR. Surviving him was his wife Jayne Pfeiffer and a 3 year old son, Donald Wayne Felton and a brother Thomas C Felton.
