Mildred Sampair Scovel-November 20, 2001 Mildred Sampair Scovel, 93, a resident of Aberdeen for the past 19 years, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2001, at Grays Harbor Community Hosptial in Aberdeen. She was born March 6, 1908, at Seaside, Ore., to Howard and Ella (Boettcher) Hart. The family moved to Hoquiam when she was 2, and she attended Lincoln School and Hoquiam High School.
