Survivors include three daughters, Rachel Parker, Teresa Belch and Tracy Belch, all of Seaford; his parents, Beulah and Willie Belch of Plainview; two sisters, Carolyn Gibbs of Gloucester and Diane Smolich of Ark; three brothers, Willie Belch Jr. of Columbia, S.C., John Belch of Hope Mills, N.C., and the Rev. Don Belch of York, Pa.; and a grandson.
